Throughout two weeks of shopping trucks I was dealing with slimey people who kept trying to bait and switch us onto the lot, then we got to phil smith kia and originally spoke with a sales man named Habashy and managers Ken and Neil who were all amazing and super helpful when checking out the truck and negotiating. We went back to this dealership and paid more than we were comfortable with because they were that great and treated us the way people should be treated and don't act like typical car salesman. We also worked with Howard in the finance office who was hilarious and we were laughing the whole time. Overall this experience was the best car dealership experience I've had in South Florida so far.
I came into the dealer just looking at the kia seltos SX I was met graciously by BILL NORRIS at the front. He jumped right away to my needs and concerns about the vehicle. We took it on a test drive along the beach and really let me get a feel for the car. Mixed in with a couple laughs. He than went above and beyond to get me the deal I was looking for so I could leave with the car same day. I was immediately impressed with your salesperson Trey. We were approached immediately and then referred to him. Trey took our clues that we didn’t want to see brochures we wanted to see the car. He was genuinely excited about The Telluride. He was very thorough about all the great qualities of the car. He was relaxed while letting us take a drive. We loved the car but realized we weren’t quite ready yet. Hopefully we will meet this polite young man again.
