I highly recommend buying a car at Phil Smith KIA!!!! All the employees are extremely nice, respectful and they really listen to your needs. They treat me like family! I just had my first oil change and car wash that was complementary! The waiting room is very clean and beautiful with coffee machine, water, snacks, tv, comfortable seats, nice music... the manager Devin really took care of me when I needed it the most in my life after losing my spouse. I am very grateful for the KIA employees that made me feel welcome and went beyond their job to help me!!!!

I had to return my car at the end of my lease and the staff was professional and impeccable every step of the way. If they're this good with taking back returns they've got to be excellent with selling cars service here is great I recommend them highly.
Came in for an oil change on my 2024 Telluride and left with a 2027 Telluride. Dave Hoover the manager and sales consultant Stephen Pastore were absolutely the best. No pressure, went above and beyond to put a deal together that I was comfortable with. Definitely recommend. Don't deal with anyone else than Stephen Pastore, a true professional. Also, when you come in for service, always deal with service writer Randy Rosario. He's always a pleasure to deal with.
